OPEN BODYBUILDING COMPETITION
The participants of this event are from national and international locations and is an open event open to all athletes of every federation.
PROGRAM

Friday may 6 Athletes weight class and athlete registration
Hours:
10 to 12 1 pm to 9pm
At the time of registration the participants must have an id passport and the routine cd if asked for.
The athlete can only have one pass for his or her friend
there will be a limit to weight class every athlete will have three possible weight class levels to participate in.
the cost of registration is 100 euros and 30 for his friend
oils are ok to use.

MISS BIKINI
In this category athletes will be judged based on symetry feminine characteristics and the idea of self worth.
Too much muscle definition will penalize the contestants.
High heels must be used.
Poses must be natural and include frontal and posterior. Eccessive chest exposure will be considered as a penalty.
MISS SHAPE
In this category athletes will be judged based on symetry feminine characteristics and the idea of self worth, beauty of the face and muscle tone. High heels are a must. The cloths must be of personal taste but not too vulgar. It will be worth 25 percent of the final vote.
Poses:
frontal relaxed pose,
right lateral pose,
relaxed back pose,
left lateral pose.
All poses must be done in wearing the specific attire.
MISS FIGURE
In this category athletes will be judged based on symetry feminine characteristics and the idea of self worth, beauty of the face and muscle tone. The classification for Physique is based on a height/weight formula:
90 percent of (height–100) = maximum weight.

frontal relaxed pose,
right lateral pose,
relaxed back pose,
left lateral pose,
front double biceps,
side chest,
rear double biceps,
side triceps,
abdominals and thighs,
1 minute of routine.
MISS PHYSIQUE
In this category muscle definiton is judged.
Poses:
frontal relaxed pose,
right lateral pose,
relaxed back pose,
left lateral pose,
front double biceps,
front lat spread,
side chest,
rear double biceps,
rear lat spread,
side triceps,
abdominals and thighs.
1 minute of routine.
MEN PHYSIQUE
In this category muscle size definition elegance muscle tone and posture are considered.
Attire boxers down to the knees.
Poses: frontal and posterior must be a natural pose.
BODYBUILDING/ MR ATHLETIC/ JUNIOR
In this category symetry is a must muscle mass and definition.
