Franco Columbu will share his vast knowledge of nutrition and of chyropractice he will talk discuss the following:

 

• methods of training

• muscle damage

• sports diet

• lifestyle of an athlete

• other available activities

• the pre game and post game phases

 

The winner of the Columbu Championship will be invited to participate so that he can intervene and respond to the participants questions.  At the end of the show there will be a time to take pictures with Franco Columbu that will be sent to the participants free of charge.  At the end of the show every member will receive a certificate signed by Franco Columbu.
